Mobile membership card

PAM’s mobile membership card functions with the Cardu mobile card app, which is a free app that can be installed on most smartphones. Technical implementation of the service is carried out by Sunduka Oy.

You can enable your PAM membership card using the Cardu app as follows:

  1. If you have already downloaded the Cardu app to your phone, an e-mail notification that the card has been added to the app will be sent to the e-mail address that you provided on the order form. The card will become available for use once you update your card view. Check how to update your card view here.
  2. If you have not downloaded Cardu before, you will receive an SMS text message about the card to your mobile phone number. Download the app through the download link in the text message.

Do I have to pay for the Cardu mobile card or for its use?

The Cardu app is available completely free of charge. You may incur costs from use of mobile data, which may be used when downloading the app or when browsing content within the app. Data rates depend on your operator. No data costs are involved when using WLAN connections.

Wrong information on the card?

You can check and update your details through our electronic member service by logging in using your own membership number and password. You can also call our membership services, tel. 030 100 600 (9 am to 4 pm on weekdays).

Order a new card through PAM’s e-service in case you removed the card by accident.

How to get the card to your new phone

The content and data in Cardu are linked to your user profile. When you buy a new phone, for example, you can remove the app from your old phone and install it on your new phone. Once you have done this, just log in using your account information and your own cards, including your PAM membership card, will be downloaded to the app. Your profile and cards are safe in Cardu’s service.
