Networks for immigrant workers

In the networks, you can meet other immigrants who work in shops, restaurants, cleaning companies, or other private service industries. You can share experiences and knowledge, learn Finnish, and work together for a better work life.

Join PAM

The networks have activities in Helsinki-Uusimaa region, Southwest Finland (Turku area) and Pirkanmaa (Tampere area). We also have activities online, so you can participate from anywhere. Come join us!

Who can come?

All immigrants working in service industries or studying for service professions are welcome to participate in the networks. You can come even if you’re not a member of PAM . Bring a friend along!

PAM Networks also operate online on the Howspace-platform. There you can learn Finnish language and rules and practices of working life in Finland with us.

Do you want to practice Finnish and have fun together? Welcome to the peer network’s language club at PAM main office (Ympyrätalo, Siltasaarenkatu 18-20A, Helsinki).

  • Wednesdays at 17:00-18:30, starting on 20 August 2025

You don’t have to register for the language club, you can just walk in!

Language club, Autumn 2025

Do you want to learn Finnish and have some fun together? Come and join our language club in Tampere. We meet in PAM’s regional office (Aleksis Kiven katu 18 B, 3rd floor, Tampere).

  • Every Tuesday from 17 to 18.30 (starting on 5 August)

We discuss and learn about important issues of working life

  • the last Wednesday every month at 17.30 at PAM regional office (Aleksis Kiven katu 18 B, 3rd floor).
