Home » Negotiation result for the commerce sector Press releases 04.03.2025 21:15 Negotiation result for the commerce sector PAM and the Finnish Commerce Federation, representing employers, have reached a negotiation result in the collective agreement negotiations for employees in the commerce sector. Today, the negotiations in the trade sector progressed under the leadership of the National Conciliator, resulting in an negotiation result between the parties. The next step is for the governing bodies of both parties to assess the negotiation result. After PAM’s agreement sector committee has reviewed the result, PAM’s Executive Committee will discuss it tomorrow, Wednesday, 5 March. The contents of the negotiation result will be made public only after they have accepted. PAM will not comment on the result before it has been discussed by the union’s board.
