Every response is valuable The annual member survey was sent on 3 November 2025 via email to a large random sample of members. The responses provide us with valuable information about our members’ daily lives, and they are used in the union’s advocacy and communications. The survey includes questions about working life, the workplace, management, union membership, livelihood, as well as values and attitudes. There is also a section of questions in collaboration with the Family Federation of Finland for those over 50 who care for an elderly relative alongside their work.
