Home » Negotiation result reached for the adventure services sector News 31.03.2025 13:00 Negotiation result reached for the adventure services sector Service Union United PAM and the Finnish Hospitality Association MaRa have today reached a negotiation result in the collective bargaining negotiations concerning the collective agreement in the adventure services sector. Next, the result will be discussed by both organisations’ administrative bodies. PAM will announce its Executive Committee’s decision on Wednesday, April 2.The content of the negotiation result will published after administrative bodies of both organisations have reviewed them. PAM will not comment on the negotiation results before they have been processed by the union’s Executive Committee.The current collective agreement in adventure services sector will expire today, March 31, 2025.
