Negotiators from PAM and Wolt have had meetings during the past month. —The discussions have been constructive, and we have found preliminary points of agreement on some issues. But as always in negotiations, nothing is agreed until everything is agreed, says PAM Collective Bargaining Director Jaana Ylitalo. PAM and Wolt have agreed to continue negotiations and decided on several meetings in February. On 4 December 2023, Service Union United PAM and the technology company Wolt started negotiations with the aim to collectively agree on terms for courier work. PAM’s goal is to negotiate an agreement that gives couriers security and better income and working conditions.
