Working hours bonuses were also raised. Wage increases on 1 September 2025 Wages of employees and supervisors in the hotel, restaurant and leisure industry increased by 2.5 percent. Evening bonus was increased to €1.40 per hour and night bonus to €2.37 per hour. The next general wage increase is in June 2026, when wages will increase by 2.9 percent. Next year in August, wages will increase again by 2.7 percent.
