Working hours bonuses were also raised. Wage increases on 1 September 2025 Wages of employees and supervisors in the hotel, restaurant and leisure industry increased by 2.5 percent. Evening bonus was increased to €1.40 per hour and night bonus to €2.37 per hour. The next general wage increase is in June 2026, when wages will increase by 2.9 percent. Next year in August, wages will increase again by 2.7 percent. It’s important to check the pay slip and compare it to your own notes on hours worked. If you notice a mistake or something is missing, talk to your supervisor.
