PAM’s survey on the respect of the collective agreement in the property services sector, conducted in early 2026, revealed problems with the predictability of working hours. For example, part-time employees regularly work more hours than agreed in their employment contracts. There are also problems with work schedules being provided on time and with unexpected changes to shifts. The new forms make it easy for employees to ask their employer to review the number of hours in their employment contract or to address problems with work scheduling. After completing a form, the employee receives a copy by email. The copy should then be forwarded to the employer and, where possible, also to the workplace union representative. More detailed instructions on how to use the forms are available on the property services sector page.
