PAM offers diverse training for its members

Training for members

Interaction skills, working life skills, wellbeing at work, language courses, communication… You will definitely find just the right course for you in PAM’s versatile course offering! As a member of PAM, you have the opportunity to develop your own skills in many areas of working life – for free! The training courses are organised as classroom and remote teaching, and self-study online courses are also available.

Training for supervisors improves the skills needed at work

Cooperation partners’ courses

A member of PAM may participate once a year in one of the training courses organised by a cooperation partner. PAM pays the participation fee for the training, but does not pay any other costs.

PAM’s cooperation partners include Kiljava Institute, KSL Study Centre and Workers’ Educational Association WEA Finland. The courses and registration instructions can be found on the partners’ own websites.

PAM does not pay travel costs or loss of earnings related to partners’ training courses. You can ask your own local branch for support for travel costs well in advance of the training.
