Multi-Skilled Worker Training for Cleaning and Kitchen Work – online training with Tredu

Welcome to online training for PAM members. We offer an online introductory course on cleaning and kitchen work (2 credits). Training is online in Teams and with in collaboration with Tredu.

The training includes three 4-hour teaching sessions and two intermediate assignments. We expect participants to be motivated and participate in all sessions.

Training dates are:
Tuesday 7.10.2025 at 16.00-20.00
Tuesday 21.10.2025 at 16.00-20.00
Tuesday 28.10.2025 at 16.00-20.00 (3 x 4 hours + intermediate assignments)


This course covers the fundamentals of hygienic work practices, occupational safety, and ergonomics, including hand hygiene, aseptic techniques, and safe working postures. Participants will learn modern cleaning practices, such as using appropriate tools, methods, and cleaning agents while understanding safety data sheets, warning signs, and waste sorting. The course also provides training on handling and maintaining cleaning textiles and professional terminology. Additionally, students will gain knowledge of various cleaning machines, their operation, maintenance, and safe usage.
