Welcome to online training for PAM members. We offer an online introductory to special diets. Training is in collaboration with Tredu.

This online training course provides essential knowledge on special diets, food allergies, and plant-based nutrition. Please note that this course is conducted over two days in 2025: Monday 8.9.2025 16.30-18.30 and Monday 15.9 16.30-18.30 in Teams (2 x 2 hours).

The course covers the increasing demand for vegetarian and vegan meals, the latest plant-based products, and the challenges of preparing and labeling food for special dietary needs. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of food allergens, gluten-free and lactose-free diets, ingredient labeling, and food safety considerations.

By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with practical skills to navigate special dietary requirements in food service settings.

To pass the course, attendance at both sessions and passing the intermediate assignments are required.

Registration by the 24th of August. This training is held in English.
